Moon Dog World, the iconic brewery and entertainment venue in Preston, partnered with Energis in 2019 to power its operations more sustainably with a 100 kW rooftop solar PV system. Designed, supplied, and installed by Energis, the system features 260 solar panels, significantly reducing the brewery’s reliance on the grid while lowering its electricity costs. With its sprawling venue boasting a lagoon, beer garden, and brewery, Moon Dog World uses the energy savings to support its ambitious operations and commitment to sustainability. By integrating solar energy, the brewery continues to serve as a vibrant hub for food, drinks, and entertainment, all while embracing environmentally responsible practices.
